Six Mile Creek Partners and Site Managers:
Please use the following template as a guide for submitting information for the Six Mile Creek Partnership web pages. Not all of the items will be relevant to all submissions. Preferably submit via email.
1. Contact Information: name, phone number and email address.
2. Site/Study Name and Location: If the location is not already indicated on the project map [link to sixmilecreek/index.php#mapwatershed], please provide a narrative description of the location and a map with the location noted.
3. Description:
a) Project Updates: a general description of progress at the site. Indicate if this information replaces existing information on the Six Mile Creek web pages or if it should be appended to what is already posted.
b) New Projects: provide 1) a general description, within the context of the larger watershed, and the lateral/longitudinal extent of the project along the stream, 2) a problem statement (the nature of the impairment/concern) and 3) what or who (in general terms) is impacted.
c) Study Report: If a study is being submitted, please provide a short paragraph summarizing the purpose and/or key finding.
4. Additional Information: this could include a brief summary of objectives (such as physical restoration goals), assessment/information gathered, public involvement, etc.
5. Images: provide captions for any images that you wish to have included on the web page. Send the images as separate documents (jpg, gif or tiff formats are acceptable).
6. Additional Resources: attached documents, note links to other Web locations, etc.
