Present: Sally Eller, Sharon Anderson, Mary Seitz, Kevin Zippel

Proposed By-Laws Changes
Steve Mount, professional fundraiser, is now a member of the Finance Committee.
Steve suggested making personal follow-up phone calls to all donors!
Other suggestions included:
*Change membership year
*Extend membership terms (currently 12 months)
*Change membership dues (current by-laws = dues are set at annual Lakesfest)
The 3 *ed suggestions would need to go to the Board for discussion/approval.

Renewals
Renewals could be done monthly or quarterly based on when dues are paid.

Annual Giving Campaign
Early November - Steve Mount has offered his assistance.

Love Your Lake
No plans for this campaign at this time.
We would need assistance with this campaign – college/graduate student involvement.

Awareness / Membership Event Ideas
* In 2008 with top 25-40 donors attending an event at Goosewatch, Thirsty Owl or John Dentes home.
* Finger Lakes Railways ride with area businesses (wineries, dairies, etc.) sponsoring. Train ride could have
a speaker(s) talking about lake relevant issues while people enjoyed the beautiful scenery.
