Board of Directors Meeting
December 8, 2009
Deerhead Inn, Seneca Falls NY

Present: Keith Tidball (presiding), Hilary Lambert, Dale Barker, Ruth Richardson, Dan Hill, Eric Riegel, Deb Grantham.
Guests: Jim Clark, Donna Silversmith, Judy Pipher, Tom Vawter.

Meeting began at 6:28.

• Hilary gave a brief update on the Park grant.
• We all discussed the Network’s planned dSGEIS comments – Deb, John to draft, others to review, HL to make sure they are complete and submitted by 12/31/09. Dan: Water is our sacred resource. Comments for future: Need to send letter to legislators re the proposed hydrofracking, make a public announcement of our stance.
• Deb gave a brief budget presentation: We have $7093 in checking, $6048 in savings, CD $2326. We’re ok, not great.
• HL talked about membership development and Keith referred to the Sunset event as a great opportunity for membership development. We’d like to work with Ronda’s committee with this in 2010.
